直列四缸柴油机平衡机构优化及仿真研究

摘要 在理论分析的基础上,对某直列四缸柴油机进行振源分析,得到柴油机主要激励成分及其特性。然后优化计算得到一条满足减振目标(尽量平衡倾覆力矩)的附加力矩目标曲线。采用高低置双轴平衡机构,通过分析得到满足目标曲线的平衡机构设计参数。最后应用ADAMS软件对平衡设计前后柴油机进行动力学仿真分析,仿真结果与理论预期(二阶往复惯性力得到100%平衡。倾覆力矩下降31.4%)一致性良好,从而验证了优化设计的正确性。 On the basis of theoretical analysis. The vibration source of a certain in-line four-cylinder diesel engine is analysed,and the ingredient as well as the characteristics of the vibration source is gained. Then the aim curve of the additional moment which meet the vibration reduction target (balancing overturning moment as much as possible)is optimized. A two shaft-balance mechanism ,in which one balance shaft is upper,and the other is lower, is adopted. The design parameters, using which the balance mechanism can meet the aim curve,are gained after analysis. At last the simulation of the engine before and after balancing design is completed using ADAMS sofware,and the simulation result is in accordance with the theoretical expectation (balancing 100% of the second order reciprocating inetia force and balancing 31.4% of the overturning moment)which verify the validity of the optimum design.
