摘要
根据高速切削加工中心的主轴结构特点和使用要求,选择径向刚度为研究对象,论述主轴系统径向刚度的工程定义。重点研究刀杆与主轴之间的锥面配合、端面配合对径向刚度特性的影响,选择锥面之间五种配合的特殊状况,通过一系列试验,获取相应的数据并绘制成图表,进行分析总结得出有关结论。最后利用一个高速切削加工实例,加以说明和验证。
According to the features and applied requirements of the high-speed machining center's main axle's structure,it chooses the main axle system's radial stiffness as the object of study, and dealt with the project definition of the radial stiffness. Priority is studying the radial stiffness characteristic influence by the conical surface coordination and the end surface coordination between the cutter bar and the main axle. By a series of experiments, the data is gained and drew up a chart in the five kind of special status, then the related conclusion is drew by analysis and summary. At last, the conclusion is illustrated and validated about a examples of high-speed machining.
