摘要
联接长环是矿用刮板输送机中部槽间的柔性联接件,是负责联接中部槽和传递力的一个关键零件。运用ANSYS有限元分析方法,通过对联接长环应力、应变和变形分析,进行了结构强度、刚度的分析和校验。
The connecting long link is the flexible linkage between line pans of scraper conveyor, and is the crucial part for line pan connection and power transmission. The ANSYS method is adopted for the finite element analysis. The analysis and verification to configuration strength and rigidity of the connecting long link is conducted via the analysis of stress, strain and distortion.
