摘要
以断轴为对象,分析了轴断裂与设计、制造、使用3个阶段和材料的相关影响因素,试图逐步建立轴断裂影响因素全集。对3个阶段和材料对轴断裂的主要影响因素及其影响机制进行分析,并为改善轴的生命期质量提出了建议。
Based on the statistics of the sample data of broken shafts, the impact factors of design, manufacture, service phase and material of shafts on the broken shafts are analyzed. It is attempted to found the whole set of the impact factors. The main impact factors in three phrases and material and the impact mechanism of them on the rupture of shafts are discussed. The suggestions for improving the quality of shafts in life cycle are worked out.
