摘要
采用ABAQUS有限元模拟的方法对切削过程进行了数值模拟,分析了切削深度、切削速度、刀具前角等切削工艺和刀具几何参数对切削的影响。分析过程中耦合了切削热的影响。获得了切削应力场、应变场分布,切削后表面粗糙度观察,温度分布等,可以作为刀具设计和切削工艺参数制订的依据。
Based on the finite element method in metal cutting process, the influences of cutting depth,cutting velocity and rake angle of cutting tool on metal cutting process are investigated, and the thermal-mechanical coupling method is considered. The results of cutting stress distribution, strain distribution, the surface appearance after cutting and the temperature field are helpful to design the geometrical shape of cutting tool and prepare the parameters of cutting process.
