钢、铜复合套筒堆焊方法研究 被引量:1

Studies on Welding Process of Pile Welding Copper/Steel Composite Bolt Sleeves

摘要 对在材质为45钢的套筒内表面堆焊铝青铜的工艺方法进行研究,选择合理的堆焊参数及堆焊层数,防止产生热裂纹、气孔等缺陷,避免熔合区上易出现的碳迁移层在冷却时产生的热应力作用下导致堆焊层开裂或剥离,改进原有的钢、铜接触面结构,增加堆焊层在钢套表面的附着力。 Welding procedure of piled welding aluminum bronze onto the 45 steel-boh sleeves inner surface was researched, select right pile welding parameters and layer number to the prevent heat cracks and air hole, to avoid the crack or delamination on the pile weld layer ,owing to carbon migration layer cooling in the fusion boundary. Improve on the original structure of copper/steel interphased, increase adhesion of pile weld layer on the bolt sleeves inner surface.
