摘要
研究轮辐轴滚压加工过程中表面质量与各加工因素之间的关系,建立表面粗糙度与滚压速度、进给量和刀具与工件轴线的位置之间的数学模型,并提出通过合理选择加工用量组合控制轮辐轴表面质量的方法。
The relationship between surface quality of the spokes-axis and the process factors in rolling process was researched, and the mathematical model was established about rolling speed, amount of feed and the relative position between the cutter and workpiece,then a method was put forword which can improve the surface quality though choosing the processing parameters.
