摘要
以简单的配合件为例,从理论上分析、推导和比较说明了数控车刀刀尖安装高度对加工内外圆弧面在纵向和横向产生误差的真正原因,并提出了数控车刀在实际加工尺寸精度、形状精度要求高的配合圆弧面时的解决办法。
