阐述了一款H70薄壁变径铜管水嘴结构特点,分析其胀形工艺,进行了胀形系数的计算,提出胀形工艺的方法并加以实现,满足客户要求,为薄壁变径铜管胀形的实现提供经验和借鉴。
Focuses on the structural features, bulging technology and calculated the bulging parameter of thin-wall water mouth of H70 copper pipe whose diameter is adjustable and puts forward the approach to realizing its bulging technology,they can be used as a source of reference of bulging adjustable copper pipe.
