摘要
分析了火焰切割机加工工艺和割缝补偿的特点,简要介绍了一种以ARM9+MCX314AL为控制核心的切割机数控系统。并对割缝补偿算法进行分析和改进,利用EmbeddedVisual C++4.0开发工具实现了该算法,该算法是一个独立的模块,具备通用性。
The processing technology and cutting slotted compensation characteristics of flame cutting machine are analyzed. CNC cutting machine based on ARM9+MCX314AL was briefly introduced. The cutting slotted compensation algorithm is analyzed and improved, the algorithm is realized by using Eembedded Visual C++ 4.0. This algorithm is an independent and universal module.
