摘要
以SCF型湿式除尘通风机为研究对象,对风机内部三维全流场进行了定常流动的数值模拟。通过对数值模拟结果的分析,揭示了其内部流场的基本特征,依此对风机进行了改进设计,改进后的除尘风机,径向尺寸变小,而效率得到了提高。
Numerical simulation of the three-dimensional steady flow field inside a SCF dust exhausting fan is carried out in this paper. The basic characteristics of the inner flow field of the fan are shown by the simulation results, which provide the basis for modification and optimized design of the fan. The radial size of the modified fan is decreased, and the efficiency is increased.
