摘要
矿井机电装备的安全运行是实现煤矿安全生产的重要保障,为此,提出了一种矿井机电装备闭环管理模式,构建了其体系结构。首先,建立机电装备基本信息和运行工况数据库,对机电装备进行信息化管理和实时监控,在此基础上,对机电装备健康状态进行综合评价,对可能存在的机电隐患和薄弱环节进行跟踪处理和持续改进。最后通过一个运行实例说明了提出方法的有效性。
To assure the safety production of coal mine, a closed-loop management mode of mechanical and electrical equipments (MEEs) is provided, and its architecture is established. The basic parameter and working condition database of the MEEs is first constructed, and the running status of MEEs is monitored in real time. Based on this, health condition of the MEEs is evaluated comprehensively to identify hidden danger and fault. And then, the process of eliminating the hidden danger and fault is made and tracked to achieve continuous improvement of MEEs management. At last, a running case is used to verify the proposed method.
