摘要 四川广旺含钒石煤主矿层属品位较高较富的钒矿资源。研究表明石煤中钒主要以V (Ⅲ )形式赋存于粘土矿物里。焙烧过程钒价态的变化是石煤提钒工艺的关键 ,它直接影响石煤中V (Ⅲ )向V (Ⅴ )的价态转化率、V (Ⅴ )进一步向可溶性钒的转化率及钒的浸出与沉淀。决定焙烧过程价态转化的因素除钒本身在石煤里的赋存状态外 。 Vanadium bearing stone coal of Guang Wang of Sichuan is more rich vanadium ore.The results of a series of studies imdicate that vanadium in stone coal is mainly present in clay minerls by V(Ⅲ).Transition of vanadium oxidation state during roasting is the key of the process of extracting vanadium from stone coal.It affects directly the rate of V(Ⅲ)oxidised into V(Ⅴ),and the ratio of dissolvable vanadium,and all vanadium in products roasted,and the deposition of vanadium.The factors that decide the transition of vanadium oxidation state during roasting are mainly the temperature and atmosphere and reducing substances such as pyrite in vanadium bearing stone coal as well as the means that vanadium existing stone coal.
