絮凝封堵技术提高聚驱后采收率试验研究

摘要 喇嘛甸油田一类油层聚合物驱区块已全部进入后续水驱开采阶段,采出程度达到53.0%,但还有近一半的地质储量残留地下。另外,虽然进行后续水驱,地下油层仍残留大量聚合物溶液,且以溶解、吸附、捕集的形式存在。因此,为了有效利用聚驱后地层中残留聚合物,提高采收率,开展了絮凝封堵技术试验研究。通过研究固体颗粒(钠土)与地层中聚合物产生絮凝体的封堵作用,确定了絮凝剂的注人时机、最佳注入量和注入速度等注入参数。并在喇嘛甸油田喇7-P2420井区开展了注絮凝剂封堵高渗透层现场试验,取得了较好的试验效果,为聚驱后进一步提高采收率探索出一条新路。 The first class oil formations flooded by Polymer in Lamadian have totally entered into follow-up water drive period, and the degree of reserve recovery has reached 53.0%. But nearly half of OOIP is still left underground. In addition, although conducting follow-up water drive, a large amount of polymer solution is still remained in the oil reservoirs in the forms of solution, absorption and entrapping. Therefore, in order to make full use of the remained polymer and enhance the oil recovery, the experimental study on flocculation sealing technology is conducted. By studying the flocculent sealing effects generated by solid particles ( sodium soil) with the residual polymer, flocculent injection parameters such as injection opportunity, optimal injected volume, injection speed and so on are determined. And furthermore, the pilot of the flocculent injected in high-permeability oil reservoirs is carried out in Well block L7-P2420 of Lamadian Oilfield and the much better effects are achieved, thus the new path for the further EOR after polymer flooding has been explored.
