摘要
南山湾油田葡萄花油层为低渗透砂岩储层,储层非均质性严重,微裂缝发育。开发初期,含水上升速度快,甚至出现暴性水淹,注入水无效低效循环严重,开发效果差,并且采取注水井调剖效果不明显。为了改善油田开发效果和提高采收率,实现控水稳油,提出油井反向调剖试验。为此,对反向调剖的机理、技术特点和技术关键进行了系统研究,对调剖井的选井原则、堵剂优选、方案设计、施工工艺等进行了介绍,现场试验实施后,增油降水效果显著,产液量大幅度下降,产油量明显上升,含水率明显下降,达到产量高峰后单井日增油6.2t,含水率下降39.5%,措施后12个月累计增油1488t,投入产出比1:2.34。反向调剖试验的成功展示了该技术具有较好的推广应用价值,对同类油藏开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
Putaohua oil layers in Nanshanwan Oilfield are characterized by low-permeability sandstone, high heterogeneity and well-developed fractures. At the beginning of the development, Watercut rose quickly, and even sudden and fierce water flooding happened, the inefficiency or low-efficiency of injected water circulation was serious, so the development effects were rather bad and furthermore the adopted profile control in water injectors didn' t obtain favorite results as well. In order to improve development effects, enhance oil recovery and realize the aim of "Controlling watercut and stabilizing oil production", the experiments of reverse profile control for the oil producers are proposed. Through the systematical studies of the mechanism, technical features and key techniques are conducted and moreover the well selection principles, profile control agent optimization, program design, operation technology etc. are introduced, after applied in field test, the effects of oil production increase and watercut decrease are obvious: liquid production drops significantly, oil production rises greatly and water cut declines a great deal. After reaching the peak of oil production, the incremental oil is up to 6. 2 t/d/ ( each well ) , water cut drops 39.5%, the accumulative oil production after 12 months reaches 1 488 t, the input-output-ratio is up to 1: 2.34. The success of reverse profile control experiments proves that it possesses much better application and popularization value and moreover shows certain reference significance to the development of similar oil reservoirs.
