基于H.264运动估计算法的研究与优化

摘要 在相同的重建图像质量下,H.264比H.263节约50%左右的码率.但是H.264获得优越性能的代价是计算复杂度增加.运动估计是视频压缩中的关键技术,占视频编码计算总量的50%以上.然而一般的运动估计算法在获得较高准确度的同时,常常伴随着较大的计算量,所以,本文的算法就是在清华大学推出的经典运动估计算法UMHexagons的基础上进行的改进,使其在图像准确性与计算复杂度之间达到较好的平衡. H. 264 saving about 50% bits rate more than H. 263,in the same reconstructed image quality. However,the cost of the superiority of H. 264 is computational complexity increase. Motion estimation is the key technology,it takes over 50% in the total calculated. The general motion estimation algorithm to obtain a high accuracy, often bring a more calculation. So, the optimization algorithm of the text is base on the UMHexagons algorithm which was bring out by Tsinghua University, to made a best balance between accuracy and the computational complexity.
