分散剂对铁氧体烧结粉体的影响

摘要 采用加入分散剂的方法对传统氧化物法制备Mn-Zn铁氧体进行改进.利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及激光粒度分析仪观察烧结体显微结构及粒度情况.并分析了原料配比与材料磁性能的关系.结果表明:加入分散剂后欲烧粉末的粒度有了明显减小、粒度分布也更为均匀、粉体颗粒的基本形状为球形,有利于使用低温烧结技术.同时分散剂的加入使烧结体的软磁特性更加突出. Adding the dispersant to prepare the Mn-Zn ferrites is making the improvement with the traditional oxide compound law. X ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron micro- scope (SEM),laser particle size analyzer are used to observate sinter microstructure and size. It also analyzes the ratio of raw material and the relationship of magnetic materials. The result indicates that after adding the dispersant, the granularity of the burning powder has significantly reduced, the particle size distribution has been more uniform and the basic shape of powder particles become to round-shapes, the properties are advantageous for using low temperature agglutination technology. Simultaneously adding dispersant to the sintered body making soft magnetism characteristic is more prominent.
