共轨喷油器高压喷射模型的仿真与试验验证 被引量:1

Simulation and experimental validation of high pressure spray models for diesel engine injector

摘要 利用CFD分析软件对柴油机喷嘴内部流动进行仿真研究,以不同边界条件对燃油喷雾状态进行了计算分析;对与喷嘴内部流动相联合的共轨喷油器喷射模型进行了理论研究和试验验证.建立了共轨喷油器有气穴和无气穴两种喷嘴内部CFD流动分析模型,并对流动情况进行了计算分析,将计算结果作为边界条件,对喷嘴喷雾场进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与试验台架测试结果进行了对比.实验结果表明,对于喷嘴内部流动,有气穴模型更接近于共轨喷油器内的真实流动状态. The inner flow states within diesel engine nozzle were simulated by CFD (computational fluid dynamics) software, and fuel spray states were simulated under different boundary conditions. The spray model combining with injector inner flow of common rail diesel engine injector were studied theoretically and validated experimentally. The flow models with cavitation and without cavitation of common rail diesel injector were established, and the flow states within nozzle were calculated. The fuel flow results in the nozzle are given as a follow up boundary condition, the atomization process of injection were simulated. And the simulation results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the flow model with cavitation is more close to real flow state in common rail diesel engine injector.
