摘要
边际网损系数法已经广泛应用于国外电力市场中的网损分摊,是典型的有应用前景的方法。但是由于边际网损系数法容易造成网损过度回收,且分摊量与所选择的平衡节点有关系,在边际网损系数调整法的基础上,采用不同平衡节点计算网损分摊,然后求平均值作为最终网损分摊量,保证了所分摊的总网损与系统实际总网损一致,分摊量与平衡节点选择无关。并以IEEE14、IEEE30节点为例,通过对比分析边际网损系数调整前后、选择不同平衡节点的网损分摊结果,证实算法的正确性和有效性。
The marginal loss coefficient method has been widely applied to loss allocation in the external power market,and proved to be a typical method with good prospect.Based on the scaling method which regulates the total loss,considering the loss caused by excessive recovery and the cognation between allocations and selected balance nodes,this article uses different balance nodes to calculate the loss allocation and takes the average as final allocation,which keeps the total loss allocation consistent with the actual loss and makes loss allocation irrelevant to balance node.Then,take IEEE-14,IEEE-30 bus as examples,compared loss allocation before and after using scaling method as well as selecting different balance nodes,the result shows the accuracy and validity of the improved method.
