摘要
汽轮机轴封温度和压力控制的准确稳定,对汽轮机的安全运行至关重要。通过对广东河源电厂2×600 MW机组汽轮机轴封系统在运行过程中存在的低压轴封温度控制偏差大问题的分析,对原控制策略进行了串级回路和变积分参数控制优化。优化后,将低压轴封温度控制在动态偏差±2℃内,静态偏差±0.5℃内。
Accurate and stable temperature and pressure control of shaft seal on steam turbines are vital importance for safe operation of steam turbine.Through analysis of large deviation problem existing in temperature control of low-pressure shaft seal in operation process of the shaft seal system for steam turbines of 2×600 MW units in Heyuan Power Plant of Guangdong Province,the original control strategy has been optimized by using cascade loops and variable integral parameters control.After optimization,the temperature of low-pressure shaft seal has been controlled within ±2 ℃ of dynamic deviation,and within ±0.5 ℃ of static deviation.
