摘要 新疆华电苇湖梁发电有限责任公司汽轮机辅机多数时间都为部分负荷运行,故辅机厂用电率偏高。对此,采用变频技术对给水泵、凝结水泵、热网疏水泵进行改造,以及对2号机组循环水泵电机进行双速改造,既保证了机组安全又降低了辅机用电率。实际运行结果表明,改造后具有较高的节能效果。 In Hudian Weihuliang Power Generation Co Ltd,the auxiliary equipments of steam turbines are in operation under partial load in many durations of time,thereby,the rate of service power for auxiliary equipments is comparatively higher.For this,the feed-water pumps,condensate pumps,and drain pumps in heating networks have been retrofitted by using frequency conversion technology,and the electric motor of unit no.2 has been retrofitted into two speeds,ensuring not only the safety of units and also reducing the rate of service power for axiliary equipments.The measured results in practical operation after retrofitting show that the said retrofits boast comparatively higher effectiveness in energy-saving.
