摘要
以泰乐菌素生产中产生的废弃药渣为研究对象,探讨酸、碱或氧化剂对药渣中残留泰乐菌素的降解效果。结果表明:低浓度的NaOH、HCl、H2SO4或NaClO溶液均未对药渣中残留泰乐菌素产生显著的降解作用,但6.0mol/L HCl、60%H2SO4和10%NaClO溶液分别能使药渣中51.70%、81.64%和38.40%的泰乐菌素予以降解。
Taking pharmaceutical waste from tylosin production as reseach object,the degradation of tylosin residue in it was studied using acid,alkali or oxidant.The results showed that low concentration of NaOH,HCl,H2SO4,or NaClO solution did not have significant degradation of tylosin in pharmaceutical waste.However,the amounts of 51.70%、81.64% and 38.40% tylosin in pharmaceutical waste were degraded by 6.0mol/L HCl、60%H2SO4 and 10%NaClO solution,respectively.
