辽阳市节水型社会建设模式探究

本文在全面分析辽阳市气候特征、水资源条件及经济社会发展水平的基础上,重点剖析了辽阳市在节水型社会建设中面临的形势和存在的主要问题,并结合辽阳市实际,从法律、行政、经济、工程技术等方面,提出了该地区节水型社会建设模式和发展战略,对于全市建设节水防污型社会,保障区域社会经济可持续发展具有重要的现实意义,同时为国内其他相似地区开展节水型社会建设工作提供借鉴。

Water resources are the basic natural resources,and strategic economic resources,which is important material foundation.of the the realization of economic,social and environmental sustainable development.As Liaoyang is one of the cities short of water in north,Water shortage,Serious pollution and water ecological deterioration have been the main factors that constrain the city＇s economic and social development.On the basic of comprehensive analysis of the Climatic characteristics,Water Conditions,The level of economic and social development,this paper analysis the situation and major problems in the water-saving social construction.In addition,combined with the reality of Liaoyang,proposed the construction model and development strategies,which have important practical significance for the construction of water-saving and antifouling society,and for the security of regional social and economic sustainable development,At the same time,which provide reference for the carrying out of the Water-saving social construction.
