摘要
目的探讨膀胱癌的二维及彩色多普勒超声特征及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析22例经膀胱镜、手术病理证实的原发性膀胱癌的声像图表现及彩色多普勒特征。结果 12例膀胱癌中,超声诊断膀胱癌符合率95.45%(21/22),漏诊率4.5%(1/22),超声能显示肿瘤的数目、大小、位置及分期,结合彩色多普勒有助于鉴别诊断。结论二维结合彩色多普勒超声对膀胱癌有较高的诊断价值,可为临床诊断及治疗提供依据。
Objective To approach the feature and diagnostic value of two-dimension and color Doppler ultrasound for bladder carcinoma. Methods To analyze the sonographic appearance and color Doppler feature of 22 cases constitutional bladder carcinoma,which has been certified by cystoscopes and operation pathology. Results The coincidence of ultrasound for bladder carcinoma was 95.45%（21/ 22）in the 22 cases.The rate of missed diagnosis was 4.5%（1/22）.The ultrasound can show the number,size,place and staging of the tumors.The color Doppler ultrasound is be conducive to differential diagnosis. Conclusion Two-dimension combine color Doppler ultrasound is of great value to the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma.It can offer the evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
