摘要
甘肃某金矿是一个含伴生Ag的多金属矿,其中Au、Ag的品位分别为2.95、27.5g/t。在生产初期由于对金银吸附工艺了解不深,还是采用常用的活性炭逆流吸附工艺,但Au对Ag的排代作用使得银的吸附率仅为40%~50%,改为锌粉置换工艺回收金银,金的回收率和应用活性炭吸附工艺基本相同,都在99%左右,但银的置换率达到92.67%~99%,既提高了资源利用率,也给企业带来可观的经济效益。
Some gold ore in Gansu is a multi-metal ore associated Ag, and Au and Ag grade are 2.95g/t and 27.5g/t. Because of unknowing the Au and Ag adsorption craft clearly in initial stage of production, conventional activated charcoal counter adsorption craft was still used, and Ag adsorption rate was only 40%-50% for Au influence. After zinc replacement craft was used to recover Au and Ag, Au recovery rate was 99%, and Ag recovery rate achieved 92.67%-99%, which improved resource utilization factor, and brought enterprise notable benefit.
