河南省农业灌溉系统中的水土环境问题及其解决途径 被引量:3

摘要 水资源短缺﹑土体和水体环境污染等生态问题已成为制约河南农业可持续发展的重要因素。本文从河南省农业灌溉的用水现状出发,指出了河南省农业灌溉系统中的水土环境问题。对解决该问题的途径进行了探讨性研究,提出了如下策略:推广高效用水的灌溉技术,提高水分的利用效率;使污水资源化,合理利用再生水,减少污染物立体运移的途径;改革农田灌溉用水管理体制,形成高效用水的激励机制。 The agricultural sustainable development is restricted by shortage of water resources and ecological problems as soi1 and water pollution in Henan. Based on the present status of agricultural water use in Henan Province,this paper pointed out the soil and water environmental problems in agricultural irrigation system and discussed the proposals for the solution to them. The main solution includes three aspects. Firstly,extend water saving irrigation technology to improve water use efficiency. Secondly, reuse the sewage water to prevent the agricultural tridimensional pollution. Thirdly,reform the farm irrigation management system to establish incentive mechanism for high efficiency utilization of agricultural water.
