高等教育大众化进程中应用型创新人才的培养途径探析

Research on the Approaches of Cultivating Application-oriented and Innovative Talents in the Massification of Higher Education

高等教育大众化的时代背景下,应用型创新人才的培养问题已成为教育界的研究热点。通过对多样化的人才需求和培养类型的阐述,以及对应用型创新人才的内涵、层次及目标的分析,提出培养应用型创新人才是高等教育大众化的必然选择。就高校定位、产学合作、政府引导、教学模式、课程体系等方面,探讨应用型创新人才的培养途径。

The problem of cultivating application-oriented and innovative talents has become a hot topic among the educational circles in the massification of higher education. After discussing the diverse needs of talents and training types, and analyzing the connotation, classification and goals of application-oriented and innovative talents, this paper holds that it is an inevitable choice to cultivate application-oriented and innovative talents in the massification of higher education and then suggests some ways of cultivating application-oriented and innovative talents from five aspects, namely, university location, industry-university cooperation, government guidance, training modes and curriculum system.
