摘要
以浙北某高速公路水泥稳定碎石基层采用振动成型法为例,合理确定混合料级配、水泥掺量、最大干密度及最佳含水量,并利用振动成型仪较好地模拟了现场振动压路机的压实机理,从而提高了混合料的强度、密实度,在不增加工程造价的前提下,有效地减少了基层裂缝的产生。
Taking a certain highway of zhebei as an example,the cement stabilized macadam base uses vibratory molding method to determine mix gradation,cement added,the maximum dry density and the optimum water content of cement according to its requirement,and uses vibratory molding instrument to simulated the compacting mechanism of vibrating compactor in site. The results indicate that the intensity and compactness of mix were improved and the occurrence of base crack was decreased effectively without enhancing the costs.
