摘要
通过对废胎胶粉橡胶沥青所做的四组分分析和显微结构、聚焦态结构等微观结构分析,研究了橡胶粉对沥青的改性机理。橡胶粉与沥青在高温条件下混溶,一方面橡胶粉吸收沥青中的轻组分体积溶胀,橡胶粉力学特性得到改善;另一方面沥青中轻组分含量减少,沥青粘度增加,温度敏感性得到改善。同时,在溶胀过程中橡胶粉与沥青中活性官能团发生化学反应,橡胶粉部分氧化解聚,胶粉中的抗老化剂、碳黑、锌化合物活性成分进入沥青胶体体系,使沥青温度稳定性、老化性能得到改善和提高。
Though the four components analysis and microstructure analysis of the ground tire asphalt rubber,this paper researches the modified mechanism of rubber powder. The rubber powder mixes and dissolves with asphalt in high temperature condition,and expands by absorbing the light composition of asphalt. In addition,asphalt increases its viscosity and improves its sensitivity to temperature. In the same process,rubber reacts with the active functional groups in asphalt. Part of the rubber is oxidized. The antiaging agent,carbon black and zinc compounds get into asphalt,which significantly improves its technical performance.
