财务管理的目标是企业价值最大化，从企业制度、财务授权、预算控制、指标考核等多个角度对电力多经企业财务进行管理，从而使电力多经企业致力于合理分配有限资源，使资源耗费最小而其利用效率最高、企业价值最大，实现企业健康发展的目标。
The goal of financial management is to achieve the maximization of enterprise value. This paper discusses the financial management of electric multi - industry enterprise from the angles of enterprise system, financial authorization, budget control, indicator appraisal, etc so that the electric multi -industry enterprises work towards rational allocation of limited resources to achieve the least consumption of resources at the highest efficiency of use, maximization of enterprise value, and healthy development of the enterorises.
