摘要
从金融危机以来我国电力市场现状入手，分析了2008年以来金融危机对西北经济运行、用电市场、高耗能企业等的影响；深入剖析西北地区四大高耗能产业的结构和特点，以及差别电价、节能减排等政策对高耗能产业的影响，对西北高耗能产业的优势与劣势、面临的机会与威胁进行比较分析，提出了金融危机下西北电力市场对策与建议。
The paper starts from present situation of electric power market of China is introduced since economic crisis occurred from 2008. The effects of economic crisis on the performance of north-west economic, electric power supply, the impact of high energy-consuming enterprises are presented and analyzed. Four major high energy-consuming industries in the structure and characteristics of north-west region are discussed and compared. The influences of the differences in electricity prices, energy-saving polices for high energy-consuming industries are described. The merits and disadvantages, the opportunities and challenges are listed in this paper. The solutions and some suggestions are provided at the last.
