Vocational Education Model of Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore And Some Enlightenment

目前,培养高职学生职业能力与素质、打造"双师型"教师已成为我国高等职业教育的重点,这不仅是我国职业教育改革的必然要求,也是世界各国职业教育改革的主导方向。发达国家在创新职业教育方面已经积累了大量有益的经验,这些经验对于我国职业教育的改革具有借鉴意义。本文以新加坡南洋理工学院为例,通过介绍其先进的职业教育理念及模式,对我国高等职业教育的"校企合作"、"顶岗实习"、"双师素质"等方面的改革与创新进行了探讨。

At present,to cultivate higher vocational students in vocational ability and quality and create teachers with ＂double qualification＂ have become the focus of China＇s higher vocational education,which is not only inevitable requirement for China＇s vocational education reform,but also the world＇s leading vocational education reform in the direction of the developed countries in the innovation and vocational education with accumulation of a great deal of useful experiences for the reform of vocational education in China.In this paper,it discusses the reform and innovation through taking Singapore＇s Nanyang Polytechnic as an example,by introducing its advanced concepts and models of vocational education,higher vocational education in China＇s ＂school-enterprise cooperation,＂ ＂replacement internships＂,＂teachers with double qualification＂,etc.
