This paper discusses possible changes in the relationships of school-enterprise cooperation under the background of developing advanced manufacturing,from the relative isolation of cooperation towards integration of cooperation,from the extension-type to type of co-direction,from passive towards active cooperation,and from the ＂wishful thinking ＂ to ＂ Consensual＂ type of cooperation.
