论金融危机下我国职校专业设置的适应性调整

On Adaptive Adjustment for Programs Establishment of the Vocational Schools in China under Financial Crisis

专业设置的适时调整是提高职业教育质量和增进职业教育核心竞争力的重要手段之一。当前正在发生的金融危机对我国职业教育的发展产生了很大的影响,同时也对职业院校专业的设置带来了极大冲击,必然要求职业院校的专业设置做出适应性调整。本文首先分析了当前金融危机下职业教育发展给职业院校专业带来的机遇和挑战,然后从国际职业教育专业设置的经验得到启发,认为专业设置必须在满足社会发展需求、企业发展需求和人的发展需求三结合的基础上进行适应性调整,并在此基础上提出适应性调整的原则和思路。

The adjustment of programs establishment in due course is one of the important means to improve the quality of vocational education and enhance the core competitiveness.The current financial crisis not only has a great influence on the development of vocational education in China,but also a great impact on the programs establishment in vocational institutions.It will definitely calls for professional settings adjustments vocational schools.This paper first analyzes the opportunities and challenges of vocational schools brought by the development of vocational education,under the current financial crisis,and then inspired by the experience of international vocational education.This paper points out the viewpoint that program establishment should make adaptive adjustment on the integrated basis of meeting the needs of social development,enterprise development and human development,and finally puts forward the adaptation of the principles and ideas.
