摘要 目的:介绍应用MATLAB软件求解药物溶出度对数正态分布模型参数。方法:利用MATLAB内部norminv()和polyfit()等命令求解对数正态分布模型的参数。结果:MATLAB计算对数正态分布模型参数与目前在对数正态分布概率纸作图的方法比较,更准确、快速。结论:应用MATLAB拟合药物溶出度对数正态分布模型操作简单,结果准确,有一定的应用价值。 Objective: It is to fit logarithmic normal distribution model for drug dissolution rate by applying MATLAB software. Method: Norminv ( ) , polyfit ( ) and other commands of MATLAB were utilized to analyze parameters in logarithmic normal distribution model for drug dissolution. Result: The method for the determination of the parameters in logarithmic normal distribution model through MATLAB software was quite aceurate and rapid while comparing with other traditional approaches. Conclusion: The operation is simple to apply MATLAB in the logarithmic normal distribution model for drug dissolution and the result is accurate with some certain value for application.
