档案是学校历史的真实记录和办学资料的不断积累,是学校教育教学科研工作的参谋和助手,搞好学校档案建设工作对于促进学校提高管理水平和提升育人质量举足轻重。实际工作中,档案工作不仅常常被忽视,而且常因缺乏专业人员、缺乏专业经验而难以提高质量,为学校的长足发展埋下隐患。本文结合工作实践,试对提升学校档案建设工作质量问题进行有益的探讨。

Archives, as a continuous accumulation of records and documents of a vocational education school during its development, play an important role in the school＇s administration, teaching and research affairs. High standard filing ensures high quality performance both in management and education. However, the work for archives is often overlooked in real world practice settings. The lack of professionals and expertise also creates hidden dangers to the sustainable development of an institute. The paper is a discussion on the improvement of an institute＇s archives work based on the writer＇s practice experiences.
