宠物接触史与先天性弓形虫病及其他不良妊娠的关系

目的 探讨宠物接触史与不良妊娠的关系,如：先天性弓形虫感染、胎儿发育异常、孕妇反复流产.方法 选取2008年1月～2009年9月期间来医院生产的孕妇,年龄20～40岁,观察人群中有宠物（猫或狗）密切接触史者152人的妊娠情况;无宠物（猫或狗）密切接触史者248人的妊娠情况.所有人排除严重贫血（Hb〈90 g/L）及心、肝、肾、糖尿病等妊娠合并症及并发症.结果 本实验组的400例孕妇中,其中与宠物有过密切接触孕妇,先天性弓形虫感染22例,发生率为14.47%,9例发生于无密切宠物接触者,发生率为3.63%;与宠物有过密切接触孕妇,胎儿发育异常25例,发生率为16.45%,无密切宠物接触者,胎儿发育异常8例,发生率为3.23%;与宠物有过密切接触孕妇,反复流产史28例,发生率为18.42%,无密切宠物接触者,反复流产史10例,发生率为4.03%.结论 密切宠物接触史与不良妊娠之间存在显著的相关性,因此告诫准备怀孕和已孕妇女,远离＂宠物热＂,是一种非常有效的预防不良妊娠的措施.

Results There are 400 cases of pregnant women in the experimental group, of which who have close contact with the pet there are 22 cases with Congenital Toxoplasma gondii infection,The incidence rate is 14.47% ,9 cases with Congenital Toxoplasma gondii infection occurred in pregnant women without close pet contact,The incidence rate is 3.63% ; And in the pregnant women with close pet contact there arc 25 cases with let el abnormalities, The incidence rate is 16.45% , And in the pregnant women without close pet contact there are 8 cases with fetal abnormalities, the incidence rate is 3.23 % ; And in the pregnant women with close pet contact there are 28 cases with the history of recurrent abortion, the incidence rate is 18.42% ,in the pregnant women without close pet contact there are 10 cases with the history of recurrent abortion,the incidence rate is 4. 03%. Conclusion There are significant correlation between the history of close contact with pets and adverse pregnancy, Therefore if you are prepared to pregnant or during pregnancy, away from the ＂pet craze＂ is a very effective prevention of adverse pregnancy measures.
