表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯抗肿瘤作用的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年来大量的研究证实茶叶及其组成成分具有较强的药理功效,尤其是抗肿瘤作用.茶多酚是绿茶的主要活性物质,是一类组成复杂、相对分子质量不同、性质与结构差异很大的多酚类衍生物的混合体.包括表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯[(-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate,EGCG]、表没食子儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯、表儿茶素等,其中EGCG是最有效的活性成分,它是2-连苯酚基苯并吡喃与没食子酸形成的酯,具有酚类抗氧化剂的通用性.EGCG的抗肿瘤作用已被列为一种潜在的抗癌新药在中美等许多国家进行研究.EGCG对皮肤癌、卵巢癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、肝癌、胃癌、前列腺癌等有一定防治作用.随着对EGCG认识和研究的深入,其药理作用越来越受到关注,笔者就近年来有关EGCG抗肿瘤作用的研究进展作一综述.
