老年患者活动相关知识认知程度的调查

Survey Analysis on Cognition Degree of Activity Knowledge in the Elderly Patients

目的了解老年门诊患者对活动相关知识的认识程度,为指导老年患者的活动提供依据。方法采用问卷法对98例门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果老年患者对活动的时间、活动强度判断的了解程度偏低;他们对于活动还存在误区;知识的来源仅40.86%来自医护人员。结论医护人员应对老年患者的活动给予正确的指导,有针对性地开展健康教育,这对于提高老年患者的健康水平和生活质量有着重要的意义。

Objective To learn the cognition degree on activity knowledge in the elderly out-patients so as to guide the activity of the elderly patients.Methods Ninety-eight out-patients were investigated with questionnaires.Results The degree on learning time and intensity of activity was decreased in the elderly patients.Meanwhile,the patients still suffered from mistaken ideas about their activity.Only 40.86% of the knowledge was acquired from the staff.Conclusion The staff should provide the correct direction on the activity in the elderly patients and develop the health education purposively.It has a significant implication on improving the elderly patients＇ health conditions as well as living quality.
