摘要
目的了解透析患者使用生命质量评估量表进行生命质量评估的现状。方法综述国内外使用生命质量评估量表对透析患者进行生命质量评估的情况。结果透析患者的生命质量存在较多问题,但临床护理人员未对其使用生命质量评估量表进行更广泛、全面的评估。结论使用一种合适的生命质量评估工具将有利于医护人员对透析患者综合健康状况的了解,更有利于医疗与护理质量的整体性提高。
Objective To reflect the status of the application of quality of life scale（QLS）for patients with dialysis.Methods Comprehensive analysis was applied to study the domestic and international use of the QLS for patients with dialysis.Results Despite the fact that many quality of life problems existed in the patient with dialysis,more extensive and comprehensive evaluations were not conducted with QLS.Conclusion The use of an appropriate QLS will help clinical professionals with comprehensive understanding on the health of patients with dialysis,which may benefit the overall improvement in health care.
