腔内肿瘤热灌注治疗患者的护理

Nursing of Patients with Hyperthermic Intraperitioneal Perfusion Chemotherapy

目的观察132例腔内肿瘤热灌注治疗患者的治疗效果和总结护理经验。方法回顾性分析我科2007年9月至2008年12月共进行的132例肿瘤腔内热灌注治疗,热疗时间在(90±25)min。结果98%的患者疗效显著。9例患者发生了患者虚脱、癫等并发症。结论护士在配合热灌注治疗中除应详细了解热灌注机的工作原理及操作步骤,熟练配合治疗医生进行操作外,还应加强风险意识,密切观察患者的病情,正确评估患者,及时发现不良反应、并发症,并能够及时对症处理。

Objective To study the effect of 132 cases of hyperthermic intraperitioneal perfusion chemotherapy（HIPC）.Methods A total of 132 patiens with HIPC from Sept.2007 to Dec.2008 in the department and the radiation duration of the treatment lasted（90±25） mins.Results Up to 98% of the patients had definite efficacy,except for 9 cases of collapse and epilepsy.Conclusion The nurses should understand the operation principles and steps of the apparatus and cooperation with doctors,observe the states of patient carefully,make the right evaluation,detecte and treat the side effects and complications accordingly.
