摘要
在自然条件下,利用黄姜种子进行了繁殖与栽培试验。结果表明:种子繁殖有较强的生长势,当年生种子苗所形成的根状茎,平均单株重60~80g,最高单株重260~280g,皂素含量1.78%,熔点195℃;种子苗形成的姜块,第2年分割种植,枯萎期采挖,平均单株重390g,最高的单株重600~720g。
Under natural condition, experiments on
sextual propagation of Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright and its culture have been carried out.
The result shows that the seedling propagated from seed has strong growth vigor. The average
weight of per rhizome formed from annual seedling is 6080 g, with the highest weight of 260280
g. Its content of diosgenin is 1.78%, and the melting point is 195. When the rhizome formed
from seedling is separated and planted the next year, and gathered in withered season, the
average weight of per rhizome is 390 g, with the highest weight of 600720 g. Thus sexual
propagation of D. zingiberensis Wright is one kind of important propagation method to achieve
greater, faster, better and more economical results.
