交通伤院前急救护理培训提升护士应急救治能力

Prehospital Nursing Training on Traffic Injury for Improvement of Nurse's Emergency Salvage Capability

目的观察交通伤院前急救护理培训对护士应急救治能力的提高。方法某院2007年10月至2008年9月对30名护士进行交通伤患者院前急救护理的培训,比较培训前后护士应对患者紧急状态下采取急救措施的准确性、规范性和时效性。结果培训前后,护士在临床护理急救技能及综合能力等考核成绩上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救护理培训是培养护士的快速反应能力、提升急救技术的有效途径,也是军队护理人员提高应对多样化军事行动卫勤保障能力的有效方法。

Objective To observe the effects of prehospital nursing training in improving the emergency response capability.Methods Thirty nurses undertook the prehospital nursing training from Oct.2007 to Set.2008.The accuracy,normalization,and timeliness of medical treatment at emergency nurses were compared before and after the training.Results These were significant differences in the performance evaluation of clinical emergency nursing capability and comprehensive competence before and after the training（P0.05）.Conclusion Prehospital nursing training is an effective way not only for nurses to enhance the quick response capability and salvage capability,but for military paramedic to improve medical guarantee capability in variegated military actions.
