HISTOLOGICAL STUDY ON SPERMARY DEVOLOPMENT OF Cherax quadricarinatus

红螯螯虾精巢发育的组织学研究表明：雄性生殖细胞的发育历经：精原细胞，初级精母细胞、次级精母细胞、精细胞、精子。不同精小管内生殖细胞的发育是不同步的。依据精巢的组织结构和所含细胞种类及数量的不同，可将精巢依次分为：未发育期、发育期、成熟期和休止期。

The histological study on spermary of Cherax quadricarinatus showed that the development of the male germ cell was divided to spermatogonia, primary spermatocyte, secondary spermatocyte, spermatid and spermatozoa. The development of the male germ cells in different seminiferous tubules was different. Based on the difference of the tissue structure of testes, the type and number of male germ cells in Cherax quadricarinatus, the oevelopment of its spermary was divided to four periods, namely undeveloped period, development period, maturation period and resting period.
