腹腔镜造口旁疝修补术五例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 5 cases of laparoscopic parastomal hernia repairment

目的探讨腹腔镜造口旁疝修补术的适应证、可行性及优缺点。方法回顾性分析2007年11月至2009年7月在我科施行的5例腹腔镜切口疝修补术的临床资料。结果5例患者中男性2例,女性3例,年龄45～67岁,平均58岁。所有病例均在腔镜下完成修补,手术时间65～110min,平均85min,术后排气时间1～2d,术后平均住院5d。术后血清肿1例,经3次抽液后消失,无其他并发症。随访2-23个月,无复发病例。结论相对开放术式而言,腹腔镜造口旁疝修补术具有创伤小、恢复块、并发症发生率及复发率低等优点。

Objective To discuss the indication, feasibility, cons and pros of laparoscopic parastomal.hernia repair. Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of laparoseopie parastomal hernia repairs in the last 2 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 5 patients, 2 were male, 3 were female, The average age was 58, all surgery were successfully performed by laparoseopy, with a mean operation time of 85 min, and a mean post-operation hospital stay of 5 d. we encountered I cases ofseroma and no recurrence case was found during the follow-up period of 2-23 months. Conclusions laparoscopie parastomal hernia repair has the advantage of minor injury, quick recovery and lower recurrence rate eompaired to the open surgery.
