摘要
该试验研究了不同贮藏温度对桃花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:-80℃贮藏的花粉生活力下降极慢,其次是-204、℃、室温下贮藏的花粉生活力下降迅速;不同温度下贮藏花粉、花粉管的长度均随着贮藏时间的延长呈缓慢下降的趋势;供试桃品种花粉的贮藏性能高低顺序为‘瑞蟠5号’>‘黑桃’>‘京春’>‘中油八号’>‘秦光2号’>‘秦王桃’。
The effects of different storage temperatures on pollen germination and pollen tube growth of peach were researched, and the difference of pollen storage performance among different-peach varieties was analyzed. The results showed that the declining rate of peach pollen viability stored under --80℃ was the lowest, and those of stored under --20℃ and 4℃ in turn, and that of stored under room tempera-ture was the highest;all of the length of pollen tubes stored under different temperature presented the tendency of slow decrease; the pollen storage ability of tested were Ruipan 5〉Heitao〉Jingchun〉Zhongyou 8〉Qinguang2〉Qinwang.
