摘要
对草莓保鲜技术的物理方法和化学方法进行了综述,指出化学药剂残留对人体的危害性,并进一步阐述了草莓新型保鲜剂的应用及臭氧处理等,并对今后的主要研究方向进行了讨论。
The fresh-keeping techniques of strawberry included physical storage methods and the chemical storage methods. Considering the adverse aspects of chemicalresiduals, biological control was tested on strawberry storage in recent years. In addition,the paper introduced the main factors of affecting the storage including fruit characteristics,agricultural managementsand enviroment conditions,and discussed the deficiency of current study and the prospect of strawberry.
