江苏省老年医学论文作者分布研究

Study on the author distribution of geriatric literatures in Jiangsu Province

目的了解江苏省老年医学研究人员的现状,为江苏省老年医学发展提供参考信息,促进老年医学的深入研究。方法以中国知网中国学术期刊网络出版总库为数据来源,检索1998～2007年江苏省老年医学基础与临床相关文献。采用文献计量学的方法 ,对江苏省老年医学论文作者(指第一作者)与论文数量之间的规律、论文作者单位间合作情况、作者机构分布情况进行统计分析。结果江苏省老年医学1998～2007年总文献量为4623篇,其中发表1篇论文的作者(第一作者)占作者总数的81.51%,这些作者发表的论文数占论文总数的62.28%;作者合著的论文占总论文的59.72%;作者单位间合作论文占论文总数的12.24%;论文主要来自各级医院,占总量的91.78%;按发表论文数量将单位(第一作者的单位)进行排序,前10名单位发表论文数占论文总数的26.80%。结论江苏省老年医学研究的作者队伍正处于初步形成阶段,核心作者队伍尚未形成;该领域论文作者的合作研究已经成为研究的主要形式,但单位间的合作能力相对较差,有待于进一步提高;南京医科大学第一附属医院等几所三级甲等医院及江苏省老年医院和南京中医药大学已成为江苏省老年医学研究的中坚力量。

Objective To investigate the status of the researchers in the field of geriatrics in Jiangsu Province,and to provide reference for the development of geriatrics of Jiangsu Province to promote the future study on geriatrics. Methods The database of CNKI was searched from 1998 to 2007 for the literatures about basic and clinical geriatrics. The bibliometrics was used to analyze the law in the association between the authors and the number of geriatric articles,the status of cooperation of authors,and the distribution of the authors＇ affiliation. Results The authors publishing only one article wade up 81.51% of the total number of the authors. The total number of the literatures in geriatrics from 1998 to 2007 in Jiangsu was 4623,out of which the literatures written by the authors publishing only one article wade up 62.28%,the literatures with cooperating authors wade up 59.72%,the literatures with cooperating affiliations wade up 12.24%,the literatures with an affiliation of hospital wade up 91.78%,and the total literatures of the affiliations ranking top ten in the number of literatures wade up 26.8%. Conclusions The formation of author team of geriatric literatures is at a primary stage,and the core author team does not exist. Cooperation between authors is the main form of the researches in geriatrics,but the cooperation between affiliations should be promoted. Several upper first-class hospitals such as the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,Jiangsu Province Geriatric Hospital and Nanjing University of Chinese Traditional Medicine are the main affiliations carrying out studies on geriatrics in Jiangsu Province.
