摘要
研究建立卷烟主流烟气中总烟碱、游离烟碱的超高效液相色谱的分析方法。采用含正庚基磺酸钠为离子对试剂的三氟乙酸水溶液及乙腈为流动相,BEHC18色谱柱进行色谱分析。方法的相关系数R2≥0.999,烟碱回收率(96.6~103.7)%,方法的RSD为(0.80~1.20)%。对50种单体原料烟主流烟气中总烟碱和游离烟碱进行检测和感官评吸,采用统计产品与服务解决方案(SPSS)和Matlab软件对上述卷烟主流烟气中总烟碱、游离烟碱与感官舒适性的影响进行相应研究。结果表明:烤烟型卷烟中总烟碱和游离烟碱含量与卷烟劲头都呈现了高度的正相关性,而游离烟碱的含量与感官舒适性的影响呈现高度的负相关性,但总烟碱的含量与感官舒适性无明显相关性。
A ultra high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for determination of total nicotine and free-base nicotine in cigarette Main Stream Smoke(MSS), mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and trifluoroacetic acid aqueous in which heptanesulfonate buffet act as an ion pair agent. BEH Clg column was employed in experiments. The Correlation was higher than 0.999, the recovery values obtained were in the 96.6%-103.7% range. The RSD values were in the range 0.80%-1.20% for total mcotlne. Total nicotine, free-base nicotine and sensory quality were determined in 60 kinds of tobacco leaf raw material. Statistical products and service solutions (SPSS) and Matlab were employed in correlation analysis between nicotine content in virginia type cigarette smoke and sensory coziness. Results indicated that both total nicotine and free-base nicotine in MMS have highly positive correlation with sensor impact. However, highly negative correlation was showed between free-base nicotine in MSS and sensory coziness. Nor significant correlation was found between total nicotine in MSS and sensory coziness.
