摘要
以燕麦、大豆、玉米、胡麻、薄荷、白砂糖为原料,经过预处理、磨成粉后,按照不同配比进行营养保健五谷茶的试制。结果表明:在150℃下,燕麦、大豆、玉米、胡麻分别经过不同时间烘炒、磨粉后,按燕麦粉46.37%、大豆粉33.73%、玉米粉8.43%、白砂糖6.74%、胡麻粉4.30%、薄荷粉0.43%进行配制时,所得产品色泽、风味、口感、冲调性等指标为最佳。
Toasting such materials as oats, soybean, corn, sugar, benne and mint, then grinding them separately into powder, we prepare experimentally the nutritious and healthy cereal tea based on different ratio of each material. The findings show that the cereal tea with the materials toasted at 150℃ and the time of toasting these materials being different accordingly and then grind them into powder is the best in color, smell and has a nice chewy texture. The ratio of each powder above is 46.37%,33.73%,8.43%,6.74%,4.30% and 0.43%.
